Pretty Lady Vineyards Grape Salad

Ingredients
Kale and Brussels sprout salad mix
1 cup Pretty Lady Vineyards red, green, and black grapes, sliced in half
1-1/2 cups whole Pretty Lady Vineyards green grapes
1/2 6oz jar of marinated roasted bell peppers
Grilled chicken kebabs
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Pumpkin seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
Cotija cheese to taste

Directions for Dressing

Combine whole grapes, bell peppers, vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Directions for Salad

Toss salad mix, sliced grapes, grilled chicken, pumpkin seeds, and dressing. Top with cotija cheese.
