
Ingredients
- 2 – 3 cups Red and Green Applause Grapes, washed and destemmed
- 1¼ cups apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup water
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp pickling spice
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Cut the grapes in half and place them in a jar (or divide evenly between multiple jars).
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the water, vinegar, sugar, pickling spice, and salt. Stir until the sugar and salt have fully dissolved.
- Pour the pickling liquid over the grapes. There may be extra liquid, but be sure to transfer all of the pickling spices into the jar.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to develop.
- Serve with burrata or cheese of your choosing and crackers.
Pickled grapes last for two-three weeks in the refrigerator.
