Ingredients

Wontons

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup Fire Crunch Grapes, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp jalapeño, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp chives, chopped

Sweet Fire Sauce

  • ¼ cup sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)

Appliance

  • Air fryer

Directions

  1. Prepare the Filling
    • In a medium bowl, carefully mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, garlic powder, and grapes until combined.
  2. Fill the Wontons
    • Lay the wonton wrappers on a parchment-lined surface for easy transfer.
    • Place about 1½ teaspoons of filling in the center of each wrapper.
    • Dip your finger in a small bowl of water and lightly moisten the edges. Bring the four corners up to meet in the center, pinching the seams together to seal securely.
  3. Air Fry the Wontons
    • Place the wontons in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Make the Sweet Fire Sauce
    • While the wontons cook, whisk together sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Serve
    • Remove the wontons from the air fryer and arrange on a platter.
    • Garnish with finely chopped chives.
    • Serve with Sweet Fire Sauce on the side for dipping or drizzle directly over the wontons.
