Appliance

Directions
- Prepare the Filling
- In a medium bowl, carefully mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, garlic powder, and grapes until combined.
- Fill the Wontons
- Lay the wonton wrappers on a parchment-lined surface for easy transfer.
- Place about 1½ teaspoons of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Dip your finger in a small bowl of water and lightly moisten the edges. Bring the four corners up to meet in the center, pinching the seams together to seal securely.
- Air Fry the Wontons
- Place the wontons in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Make the Sweet Fire Sauce
- While the wontons cook, whisk together sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until smooth.
- Serve
- Remove the wontons from the air fryer and arrange on a platter.
- Garnish with finely chopped chives.
- Serve with Sweet Fire Sauce on the side for dipping or drizzle directly over the wontons.
