Thyme Focaccia With Grapes

Going gluten-free doesn’t mean you need to go without bread! This easy focaccia comes together in a flash with the use of a focaccia bread mix that can easily obtained at your local grocery store or Amazon.  Enjoy!    

Paleo, Gluten-Free, Vegan

Ingredients
1 box GF Focaccia bread mix (I use Simple Mills)
2 TB Avocado Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
¼ Cup thinly sliced Red Onion
1 Tablespoon fresh Thyme leaves
¼ Cup Green Grapes
¼ Cup Red Grapes
Salt for sprinkling

Directions
Preheat oven to 425-degrees.

Prepare focaccia according to package directions on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Sprinkle the dough with oil and salt, then dot the bread evenly with garlic, onion, and thyme.  Evenly distribute the grapes, being sure to push them into the dough a bit.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bread is baked through and is golden brown.
